This is a fully washed Screen 15+ coffee from Burundi processed at the Kinyota Washing Station. The Kinyota Washing Station is located in the Gitaramuka Districts in the Karusi Province of Burundi. There are 165 drying tables and an on-site nursery cared for by a team of agronomists. The coffee is hand-picked and fermented in tanks for 24 hours. The wet parchment is then washed, graded, and soaked before being hand-picked for a second time prior to being moved onto the drying tables where it dries for 17-21 days depending on weather patterns.
