Brews a wonderful full-flavored drip coffee or pulls beautifully as an espresso - a rare treat for decaf fans. Skip the caffeine, sure... not the flavor. All coffees in this blend are decaffeinated via a water process without any chemical treatment.

Brazil Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama (100% Yellow Canario, pulped natural): One of the best (and interesting) Brazils I've yet to come across! Begins thick with brown sugar, malt, and hazelnut, and finishes with a slightly herbal and lingering sweetness. A very complex coffee that I can't quite get enough of.
Price: $13.00 lb.
El Salvador Finca Alaska: My FAVORITE coffee of the past year. There is a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness; notes of figs, honey, lemon, sweet chocolate, and blackberry pervade. A very clean cup and a 2007 Cup of Excellence coffee to boot!
Price: $14.00 lb.
Tanzania Peaberry: Strangely this is the first time I've roasted this varietal which might explain why I'm so enamored with it. Like most African coffees there is a strong presence of berries but its smoother; less astringent. Caramel, molasses, and raspberry are up front and it finishes like a medium bodied wine. Very nice indeed!
Price: $13.00 lb.
Guatemala Finca El Bosque: I can't believe I haven't offered a Guatemala before this! I'm making up for that oversight here: dark chocolate and heavy blackberry from beginning to end with a smooth viscous body. One great Guat!
Price: $13.00 lb.
Ethiopia Sidamo: An excellent African coffee exhibiting medium body, a pleasant floral aroma, and a clean finish, leaving lingering notes of berry on the palate.
Sumatra Mandheling: Deep, rich, and very full-bodied, this Indonesian varietal finishes with an earthy smoothness. Low acidity and chocolate undertones round this coffee off nicely.
Mexico Malinal: Displaying a modest body, this highly sustainable Mexican coffee has been growing in popularity thanks to its fragrant aroma, low acidity, and wonderfully clean and mild cup profile.
