Mail orders for the week are processed and roasted every Monday and picked up for delivery Tuesday morning. All coffees are marked with the roast date and shipped via USPS priority mail to ensure that wherever you are, you receive your beans in 2-4 days post roast. This should give the coffee the proper time to degas and perform at its best (generally a minimum of 2 days for brewed coffee and 5 days for espresso) and also ensures that your coffee doesn't sit unnecessarily at the post office over the weekend before you receive it.

Brews a wonderful full-flavored drip coffee or pulls beautifully as an espresso - a rare treat for decaf fans. Skip the caffeine, sure... not the flavor. All coffees in this blend are decaffeinated via a water process without any chemical treatment.
"Limited Edition" single origin beans will also be offered. When we at Velton's Coffee come across a bean we just can't get enough of, we will go out of our way to share this experience with you.
Guatemala Finca Liquidambar: A very clean, balanced, and beautiful coffee! Sweet with molasses and brown sugar, yet carries a very "juicy" citrus body from start to finish. One could also try this as a single origin espresso and not be disappointed.
Price: $14.00 lb.
Costa Rica Finca Genesis: An incredibly nice coffee from a very small microlot of about 25 bags. Like honey-lemon tea with a wonderful brown sugar and raisin sweetness. This won't be around long, so enjoy it while you can!
Price: $14.00 lb.
Ethiopia Sidamo SCFCU: This washed coffee is clean and lush with great berry fruit, vanilla, and dark chocolate. African coffees have long been a favorite amongst roasters and industry folk, and this coffee is an excellent example as to why. Excellent for espresso, and just a hint: this coffee blended 50/50 with the Brazil Moreninha Formosa makes for a beautifully balanced shot.
Price: $14.00 lb.
Brazil Moreninha Formosa: This is a sweet, slightly nutty sun-dried full natural Brazil with a terrific body. The importer describes this coffee as "chocolate covered cherries" and I couldn't agree more. This coffee is another excellent choice for a single origin espresso.
Price: $13.00 lb.
Sumatra Mandheling: Deep, rich, and very full-bodied, this Indonesian varietal finishes with an earthy smoothness. Low acidity and chocolate undertones round this coffee off nicely.
Price: $13.00 lb.
Mexico Nayarita: Displaying a modest body, this highly sustainable Mexican coffee has been growing in popularity thanks to its fragrant aroma, low acidity, and wonderfully clean and mild cup profile.
