Mail orders for the week are processed and roasted every Monday and picked up for delivery Tuesday morning. All coffees are marked with the roast date and shipped via USPS priority mail so that wherever you are, you will most likely receive your beans 2-4 days post roast. This should give the coffee the proper time to degas and perform at its best (generally a minimum of 2 days for brewed coffee and 4 days for espresso) and also ensures that your coffee doesn't sit unnecessarily at the post office over the weekend before you receive it.
At this time we can only ship to addresses in the USA.
Whereas coffee prices continue to rise due to increased demand and lower supply, I'm happy to say that we've been able to offset this somewhat with NEW LOWER SHIPPING RATES.
